but what is your problem? anything not working?
it does not matter how modules are named in doubt and where they are installed the only relevant point is that the kernel recognizes the presence of the device and auto-loads the correct driver/nodule
Take it easy. It's a low priority issue to simply get the correct name in the linux-firmware descriptions. There's nothing wrong with someone filing a bug to get it fixed.
