How long are you waiting? This section is signing all the modules and
it can take some time.

Aside from that, we haven't seen such issues that I'm aware of. I'll
try a build today on an F24 machine.
I think this might have something to do with me changing the release from
${release} to ${release}prarit to get a uniquely named kernel. AFAICR that
worked in the past ... I'll look into it to see what got broken.
