I'd like to raise your attention to the following:

A few weeks later from the perspective of
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1821946#c54 and few kernels
later and this is still an unresolved issue.

This is a one year old bug if we account the inception ticket

Recently it has been failing in a slightly different place in the stack
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1882854#c9 but for all
intents and purposes it's still the same issue.

No one can build anything out of the shipped kernels.

Can someone please have a look and not be so quick at closing the bug
report until an independent source as validated the findings ?

What are you actually trying to do? A few of those bugs and statements

…this make it sound as you want to build kernel modules (the one from 
nvidia, I assume? why do you call it "NV" [that's the name of an 
abandoned video driver from Xorg: https://www.x.org/wiki/nv/] and not 
"Nvidia"? That's confusing).

Why is installing kernel-devel-$(uname -r) and just building the module 
in question not working for you? It seems to work for rpmfusion and 
other people to build modules against the fedora kernel.  Or am I 
missing something?

Note: with the commands you mention in those bugs you might have created 
such a mess that building modules with kernel-devel-$(uname -r) does not 
work anymore.

The classmap.h error referenced above is fixed by this patch to the ARK
kernel:

I verified that the Fedora kernel.spec file contains that fix:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kernel/blob/master/f/kernel.spec#_1639

The orc_types.h error most likely needs a similar type of fix.

I've ended up raising a MR

fixes bug 1882854.

Not sure if this is something you can look at but in any case I just
thought you should know, any feedback is welcome.
