No debug repo is in an odd state right now

The current no-debug repo has src rpms and repodata, but no regular rpms.
(The src rpm is  kernel-3.14.0-0.rc7.git0.1.fc21.src.rpm .)

Justin was trying something new to avoid an unnecessary build.  I'm sure
he'll get it fixed up soon.  Thanks for the report.
