[OS-BUILD PATCH 0/0] Enable kAFS and it's dependancies

This enables the partner supported AFS module in RHEL and splits the built
components out into a sub-package as per policy they should not be shipped as
part of a release but instead be delivered to the partner.

They were already enabled in fedora and ship as part of one of the core rpms,
but they were disabled in RHEL.
We want them enabled in RHEL in future, but in a separate sub-package.
If you feel this is better done by moving the config items into common then i
can do that.
