Dropping sparc

Looking in the sparc koji instance, the last attempt at building a sparc
kernel was 2.6.41.10-2.fc15.  That was eight months ago.  The last
attempted official build that I can find of anything else is a hal build
from fc13, which failed.

Is the Fedora sparc project actually active at all these days or is it
something we can finally put to rest?
