Users don't need to change /etc/kdump.conf, they can remount the NFS
using different options and different mntpoint.
I am now kind of a supporter of Dave's previous comments :-)
"I feel we are doing too much"
Handle the fs uuid changes first should be good enough for now. How about dropping
nfs for the time being, we can not do 100% perfect. This does not mean we refuse
do it we can still evaluate the issue if someone report it as a problem.
