Can you resend it with proper changelog? what is the problem? why do we
need this and how do you fix it? Probably also how did you test it if
necessary.

Nit pick: I think we can assume below tag instead of [Fedora patch]:

[PATCH] for rawhide fix
[F19 PATCH] for Fedora 19 specific fix
[F18 PATCH] for Fedora 18 specific fix
and so on...
