Not sure if we even need local i18n, can we only support "English"
environment?
For example, I added "-o i18n" instead, and it seems work properly on my
zh_CN.UTF-8 environment.
Probably can't. Customers require local env, there's a zanata which is a
project to do the translation, we ever were tortured by the process.
