Failed builds are never imported. Their logs remain in the work directory and most Koji instances clear old content from there regularly. You won't find a long history of failed build logs. Even when builds are successful, the logs are not specifically tracked in the database, though the getBuildLogs call will return a list of the log files for a given build (by looking at the fs).
You seem to know the paths to these logs already. Which part of this are you having trouble generating?

Hi,
I want to get a list of URL or the file itself of past success and failed build log and root.log on koji server with specified packages.
Which way is easy to do this? I want to analyze those log files from a program.
Ex. Success log https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/python-yourls/0.2.0/12.fc27/dat... https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/python-yourls/0.2.0/12.fc27/dat...
Failure log https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/3994/23263994/root.log https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/3994/23263994/build.log
