Miroslav mentioned "Using Koji in Fedora" page which is the description of how to use CLI for Fedora's koji server. It doesn't affect other parts of docs dealing also with SSL certs. I've created a simple https://github.com/tkopecek/koji-docs-ng/issues/3 to fix that.

I second Pat's statement.  All of my internal koji instances are ssl cert
based.
