koji 1.22 would like to drop krb and py2 and krbV

Hi,
as we have advertised we would like to drop python 2 hub and web (while
builders will still be in game) and krb_login (which should be replaced by
gssapi) in 1.22.

Are there any last minute concerns or is everybody ok with this?

Sounds good to me.

The "ca" configuration option has been deprecated for a while as well.
Can we drop this in 1.22 or 1.23?

(This is different from the "serverca" option, which is very important
and not going away. "ca" was simply the cert authority that issued the
user's client certificate.)
