UEFI Secure Dual-boot setup with Microsoft Windows 8

To Whom This May Concern:
I'm using a new Asus S551LB Laptop. The system comes with installed
Microsoft Windows 8 System. Installed Fedora-19-X86_64-DVD on sda 1TB
built in hard drive. After successfully installing Fedora 19, the
system is unable to recognize the hard drive and boot into GRUB.
Restored MS Windows 8 with Clonezilla and MS windows management
re-appeared in BIOS in order for system to boot up into Windows 8
system. My issue is how to setup BIOS with UEFI and Secure booting
capability in order to use GRUB and Dual boot Fedora and Windows 8.

Fedora19 LXDE; system-config-keyboard

In a new Fedora19 LXDE I installed "system-config-keyboard" inorder to
change keyboard from English to aGerman. But when I click on the newly
appeared line "Keyboard" in the menu, there is no reaction at all and
the keyboard remains English. Is there a bug?

The laptop list is probably the wrong place for this discussion. In any
case, the link above will actually generate a redirect to a mirror selected
(very coarsely) by geograpy. Sometime appears to be breaking for you at that
redirect.
What happens if you try a direct mirror link, like this one at Harvard:

problem downloading Fedora

When I try to download Fedora, after I click on the release version, I get
connection terminated. Is there a reason for this.

Upgrade Fedora17 > Fedora18 with fedup

Hallo,
I upgraded my Fedora17 with fedup, today, and everything went well with
one exception: Eachtime when my new Fedora18 boots and each time when it
shuts down, it shows to bug-lines:
dracut-cmdline[45]: Warning: Kernel command line option 'KEYTABLE' ist
deprecated
and
dracut-cmdline[45]: Warning: Kernel command line option 'SYSFONT' ist
deprecated
What can I do to repair this? I am a Linux-beginner.
