I upgraded from V15 to V16 by using yum on yesterday. Computer wont boot today, It starts, shows the submarine wallpaper and after 10 second goes to the oh! something has gone wrong. I can still booting on text mode, I have tried this whit no success whatsoever.

Any clue?
Try to delete all your gnome-related configs in your /home/user/
Those are hidden directories and files such as .gconf/

I had the same problem, and finally was fixed by running (from console)[1]
$ sudo restorecon -r ~/.local/share/icc
