Hi,
I maintain some package and it used to include some patented stuff
before. Now I sanitize tarball, but what's the deal with old versions?

Antlr license
by Fernando Nasser
Hi guys,
Our antlr package has "Public Domain" in the License tag. However the
author does add some conditions for credit being given, headers in
source files be kept, etc. Please see the LICENSE.txt and README.txt
files.
This is what probably caused SPDX to create a specific "license"
denomination for this:
ANTLR Software Rights Notice <https://spdx.org/licenses/ANTLR-PD.html>
|ANTLR-PD|
Note: There is no reference to this license or anything specific to
Antlr in OSI.
Although it is true that it is public domain, we need to make sure his
credit and header conditions are met.
Should we add an Antlr license to our table and change the package to
use it on the next update?
Should we use the SPDX "ANTLR Software Rights Notice" and as short name
"ANTLR PD"?
Or should we ignore all these details and just keep it as "Public Domain" ?
Contents of LICENSE.txt for your convenience:

We reserve no legal rights to the ANTLR--it is fully in the
public domain. An individual or company may do whatever
they wish with source code distributed with ANTLR or the
code generated by ANTLR, including the incorporation of
ANTLR, or its output, into commerical software.
We encourage users to develop software with ANTLR. However,
we do ask that credit is given to us for developing
ANTLR. By "credit", we mean that if you use ANTLR or
incorporate any source code into one of your programs
(commercial product, research project, or otherwise) that
you acknowledge this fact somewhere in the documentation,
research report, etc... If you like ANTLR and have
developed a nice tool with the output, please mention that
you developed it using ANTLR. In addition, we ask that the
headers remain intact in our source code. As long as these
guidelines are kept, we expect to continue enhancing this
system and expect to make other tools available as they are
completed.
