[Fedora-legal-list] Any legal issues against Bumblebee and bbswitch?

I have noticed that Bumblebee[1] and associated bbswitch[2] module are not
in the official fedora repository.  I am not aware of any proposal to
package it for fedora but I am game.  I'd like to know if there is any
legal reason this shouldn't happen.
