0BSD license

Hello. The project using 0BSD license but it not listed in Fedora
license list. Can you help to solve this issue please? Here is a review

Ah yes, the most confusingly named license we have at the moment. 0BSD is
not actually in the BSD family, it is an MIT variant. Since it is notably
more permissive and simple than MIT (and to play nice with SPDX), I've
added it to the list as 0BSD.
