Can you please let me know if the Open Source Hardware (OSHW) [1] definition 0.3 is an acceptable license for Fedora?
Version 1.0 is to be released at the Open Hardware Summit [2] at New York City on September 23, 2010.

It's not a license, but a set of criteria (including licensing norms for distribution of hardware, software and documentation) for determining whether something can legitimately be called "Open Source Hardware". It's like the OSI's Open Source Definition, on which it is closely modeled.
