The regulation [1] look like it applies also to US services collecting data of EU citizens. GNU people mentioned [1] as good source for "what has to be done" to comply to the regulation.
IANAL, what does this mean for fedoraproject.org, and friends? Do we have to do something?

Red Hat has been working hard on GDPR for quite a while now (behind the scenes), and Fedora is part of that. We're in the process of documenting the steps that Fedora community members can take if they wish to take action with regards to their personal data.
If you (or anyone) has a specific concern related to GDPR, please feel free to raise it (either on list or privately to legal@fedoraproject.org).
