Jasper, thanks for your kind reply.
I was finally successful in creating the liveCD using Core 5.
It was a cake walk. Now after having boot with the liveCD,
I am not able to login into the system. What is the root password ?

Not a problem.
You should have set a root password during setup.
If you used a kickstart file from kadischi/ks_examples the
minimal-livecd.cfg password is "livecd".
The other one it is documented in teh ks file.

Do you think its good to have "redhat" as password for a fedora project ?
I think we must find something more generic and I propose to stick
with "livecd" or "kadischi".

kickstart file we include with kadischi. That would be usefull IMHO.

1) update minimal-livecd.cfg: root-password to kadischi
2) update standard-livecd.cfg: update gdm-autologin line:
echo -e "[security]\nDisallowTCP=false\n
\n[daemon]\nAutomaticLoginEnable=true\nAutomaticLogin=kadischi\n
\n[greeter]\n" > /etc/gdm/custom.conf
-> This last one should be done anyway, because know it will try to
login redhat, not kadischi

It should be. I got the rpm version to work with a Fedora core 4 live
CD, as has this project http://www.brum2600.net/projects/LSL/brumix.html
I believe.
I would assume the rpm should also work with FC5....can any one confirm
before I attempt it.......
