[PATCH-next v2 11/20] lnst.Controller.Job: expose the what attribute

This should be mostly useful for accessing Test module object instances
when the job isn't started yet, e.g. changing the parameters before
starting a prepared job. Or to figure out the estimated runtime before
calling job.wait.
