[PATCH-next v2 20/45] lnst.Slave.NetTestSlave: create the dynamic RecipeCommon module

Adding a second dynamic module (Devices being the first one) that can
accept classes sent from the Controller. Eventually I'm guessing this
will be a refactored later so we're not limited to just Devices and
RecipesCommon but for now I'd like to keep it limited to just these two.
