[PATCH 1/2] lnst.Recipes.ENRT.OvS_DPDK_PvP: add missing parameter

After introduction of the OvSDPDKBondRecipe the test module testPMD requires forward_mode
parameter.

[PATCH 2/2] lnst.Recipes.ENRT.BasePvPRecipe: override mixin methods

Additional mixin classes introduced are not applicable to Trex scenarios, therefore we
override their methods, that would otherwise break the Recipe.
