Planet Edited and Fedora Insight?
by Pascal Calarco
Andrea, this is a great initiative! I immediately thought that perhaps for Fedora Insight we could use Planet Edited as the source to draw feeds from. Are there any downsides to this?

Subject: Planet Edited is UP!
Hi folks,
I'm glad to announce that Planet Edited is up!
Here some bits from the wiki page available at [1]:
"Planet Edited was born having one idea in mind: setting up
a blog aggregator software that should contain only Fedora-related material and posts.
The adjective edited came from the fact that this planet will be maintained and edited
by a group of people (the editors), that will make sure appropriate and relevant content
gets posted."
Edited is now available at the following URL [2]. It obviously contain no feeds at the
moment, but we are now ready to make it rock by adding some fresh new content.
Thanks in advance and see you on Edited!
Andrea

Insight meeting reminder -- 2010-02-03 UTC 1900
by Paul W. Frields
We'll meet in #fedora-meeting at the usual time, 1900 UTC (2pm US
Eastern, 11am US Pacific) to talk about Insight. We'll look at how
the migration of data has gone for Peter and Andrea, and what is
needed still for staging.
Notable stuff:
* We are now on http://publictest09.fedoraproject.org/drupal with a
EL-6 host, meaning we've been able to install several modules that
were needed that depended on newer versions available there.
* Peter's imported the View for Fedora Weekly News and it appears to
be working well.
* The theme's rough but is installed. I know Jef van Schendel is
working on this as his time allows. Should we see if the Design
team might like to include this as a future ninja bounty?
* Smooge was preparing a Puppet profile for Insight so that it will be
easier to re-deploy. Smooge, if you can't attend tomorrow maybe you
could post a status?

I don't know if I'll be able to come this evening since I had some last-minute issues
I can't not attend to.
I'll try to join irc with my phone (don't know how fast will I be with touch screen writing),
to see the current status and to talk about the calendar system I've proposed. (which seems
to be an interesting argument for some other Fedora teams and projects)
cheers,
Andrea
