Hi!
My name is Peter Borsa. I am from Hungary. I would like to help in
Fedora Insight. I am a member of Drupal community a couple of years
ago. I am familiar with html, css, php (intermediate), sql
(intermediate) and Drupal as webmaster. But I hope I will be a core
hacker sometime :) What would you like to know?
Hi Peter!
Thanks so much for your interest and response! Here are some things to
do to get involved:
1) would you be able to join us online for our weekly Fedora Insight
meetings? They are held weekly at IRC Freenode *#fedora-meeting* on
Thursdays at UTC 1800.
2) I couldn't tell if you have signed the Contributor License Agreement
(CLA) from searching for you in the Fedora Accounts system, which you
will need to do to get access to our Drupal instance. Apply for one here:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/new
2) Read through the wiki pages at:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Insight
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Insight_customizations_to_Drupal
3) Once you've done the above and we've discussed at a Fedora Insight
meeting, we can give you Administrator access to the test Drupal
instance we're working on. We are very interested in your thoughts as
to how we can best approach leveraging all of the great information we
have about the Fedora Project that can be presented and aggregated in
Drupal. If there are other modules that we should consider to help
enable and further this, or themeing suggestions, we're all ears!
Thanks so much, and please let us know if we can answer questions for
you about what we're trying to accomplish as well.
