infrastructure and he's more on the sysadmin side so we do have
different ways of looking at things. On the subject of moving to
transifex.net we were both in agreement that

numerous advantages over our current situation so hopefully our
perspectives here won't be too different :-)
I am going to say that Toshio hit all the points I could make. The
lack of progress on moving forward with 0.9.1 was a lack of dedicated
developers and sysadmins. Looking at this I think that we need to have
an equivalent of pkdb where we can show who is the maintainer and
co-maintainer on items... so that we can all know what is currently
"orphaned".
