I called in a few minutes late, but found no one on the phone or on gobby. Was Friday's announcement too last minute? I'm running out of ideas here in terms of how to pull this together. Anyone have anything to offer or willing to take the lead?
John

The votes are in the and the best time for everyone to work out the Zikula schedule is this coming Monday at 19:00 EDT (23:00 UTC).
We will be meeting on Gobby and FedoraTalk--conference room #2009 [1]. I have put a skeleton version of the schedule on gobby now so feel free to get started early.
Thanks, John

Between the late rel-eng meeting and the work I was doing for the Summit I completely failed here. Since this is being primarily driven by Docs, I will ask Eric to pre-empt the normal Docs meeting on Wednesday so we can insert this meeting in that time slot, if people will generally be available then. That meeting is 0001 UTC (2000 EDT, 1700 PDT) on Wednesday -- would you be available then?

And now I realize I just had the time wrong. FAIL. Previous message stands about rescheduling though.

I'm not actively involved in the project, but I'll lurk....This is 8PM on Wednesday (tomorrow) for me? Or is that 0001Z Friday (thus making it 8PM Thursday)?

Right, this would be 8pm EDT or 5pm PDT Wednesday, the normal Docs meeting time. I'm guessing from the responses (no torches) that this seems pretty agreeable.
If we could constrain the meeting to 30 or 40 minutes, we could yield to the rest of the Docs meeting online afterward, but since this is a one-time need, we want to take the time to get it right.

Sorry, I totally failed here. Didn't check my email all weekend so I didn't see the announcement. I kinda counted on it being on IRC as well but I should know that poelcat likes to use voice instead :-/

I challenge you to complete a (good) schedule and lead the discussion in less than an hour hours using IRC :)

Yup, we've tried it numerous times in the past and IRC is just not sufficient bandwidth to make a scheduling discussion work. Great for ticket reviews, bad for interdependency resolution.
