Paul, thank you very much! I would grab the opportunity and I would ask that do you know how we can handle/manage our Features[1,2] repository? E.g. I would add a give permission to our student so as to they can commit into it. Or no need to give permission because everyone can commit and push into it?!

I think the procedure that appears in that proposal still works. To push commits a contributor needs to be added as a user to that FAS group. You now have access to add users yourself, or approve those who apply.
