The indomitable Jon Stanley is working on getting the FakeFAS instance up on publictest4 as well, so we can use it for accounts/testing.

just responding to the list since I think paul, smooge and jon already know. AFAIK publictest4/accounts/ is working and ready

This morning Mike figured out the remaining stupid error I made, which was that I hadn't removed the curl options for SSL. Since publictest4 doesn't have a valid cert SSL won't work. Swap those options to 'FALSE' and everything's now working like a champ.
Just as a reminder to people who are helping -- *DON'T* use any password on FakeFAS whose secrecy you rely on anywhere else. Its security is not guaranteed.
