Hi
Hardware :
SONY VAIO VGN-385E
Intel core 2 T5300 1.73 GHz * 2, 32 Bit
Disk : 116 GB
RAM 2 GB
I have ubuntu 12.10 installed on this laptop, which is EXTREMELY SLOW. So I
am willing to try Fedora LXDE.
I am trying to install from bootable USB which shows me the options to boot
but a blank screen after that. I created this USB by 2 ways and both have
same problem.
1. Using Ubuntu : liveusb creater software
2. Using Mac using bb (which may not work as it may create a mac compatible
bootable USB for fedora)
How do I test the validity of bootable usb key? Can somebody suggest a sane
way to install LXDE by removing Ubuntu ?
