Missing sha256sum for Fedora 30 spin LXDE

The Fedora 30 Spins checksum file at: https://spins.fedoraproject.org/static/checksums/Fedora-Spins-30-1.2-x86_64… Does not contain a checksum for LXDE. It contains checksums for Cinnamon, KDE, LXQt, Mate-Compiz, SoaS, and XFCE, but not that for LXDE. Where can I get it?

Fedora 29 LXDE Spin issues

I installed it to an older AMD laptop since it's lighter weight than Gnome. Live USB worked just fine as did the installer. After rebooting into the system I have noticed the following problems. 1. No wifi... nm-applet says something about "device not ready". 2. Video corruption initially... If I do a "teliinit 3" followed by a "telinit 5" everything is fine, but I don't get a login page on first boot, just a corrupted background and a mouse cursor. No clue why the live USB works perfectly and the system does not. It was a fresh install on "/" with an existing "/home". Thanks, Richard

Unable to Mount VBOXGUESTADDITIONS on FC22 (4.0.4)

Greetings, I recently had some issues with my virtual box setup (ran out of physical disk space, bummer, really hoses up the kernel booting :( ) So. . After some trial error, here's what I got: HOST: MAC OS X 10.10.5 VBOX: 4.3.32 r103442 GUEST: FedoraCore 22 - LXDE Edition Install, etc. went OK (though did take a couple of tries). . . When I try to in VBOX to insert the GuesAdditions (needed to build for shared folder support and bigger screen), the 4.0.4 kernel selected in the boot screen will NOT mount this CD image (located in the virtual box application on OS X). I get a "Status 32: Mount: unknown file type iso9660". When I boot into the 4.2.3 kernel (save VM version/program) - things worked "better" - with the exception that it failed to build the X-11 support, so my window won't go full screen (27" monitor) - but the Shared Folders are there, which is more important to me. Googling didn't shed any light on this issue, and it seems to be more of a "kernel" issue than the Virtual Box issue. Anybody else experience a similar result with this kernel version? Wifi and DHCP

I have a multiboot system that includes 32-bit versions of Fedora 20, 21, 22, all with LXDE. On Fedora 20, wifi works using automatic DHCP. On Fedora 21 and 22, wifi fails using automatic DHCP. But, if I manually configure the ip, netmask, and gateway, it works. Suggestions on what I should check and/or change? --- Fred J. Trial repo for LXDE new packages

Hello, LXDE folks: As a maintainer of libfm, pcmanfm and usual user of LXDE I want to use new LXDE packages so I created copr trial repo: https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/mtasaka/LXDE-next/ Currently I am trying new packages on rawhide and F-22. At the time of writing this, new packages include: libfm 1.2.3, with almost git head lxpanel 0.8.1 lxde-common 0.99.0 lxsession 0.5.2 lxdm 0.5.1 menu-cache 1.0.0 lxappearance 0.6.1 lxappearance-obconf 0.2.2 lxtask 0.1.6 lxrandr 0.3.0 lxinput 0.3.4 Feedback welcome. Now I want to push these packages at least on rawhide. I would like to see how LXDE sig members think of this. Regards, Mamoru

New packages for latest version of lx* components

Hi all, as of writing this mail, several newer version of lx* (not lxqt-* ones) components have been released. I searched in koji, there are still old versions, for example lxpanel 0.6.1. It would be nice to package these new versions to bring the enhancements to LXDE users. Regards, Chenxiong Qi
