Regarding Buildah article - Part II

Planning to write an extension of my previous article on buildah based
on below points
1) Using Docker file to create image
2) using buildah bud to allocate cpu, memory limits
3) mounting volumes using buildah command
4) buildah commit
5) buildah copy

Hi there.
I've modified the article with all the fantastic suggestions by Dale Raby.
Also I've removed the duplicated content and converted the document to ODF,
PDF and txt for people with slow computers or no google account.

Following the guide to start contribute, I'd like to introduce myself!
I'm Panyong Zhang, a eco-system manager at Chengdu Haiguang IC Design Co., Ltd,
which target to design and develop high performance processor in server and workstation market,
and the first generation processor is Hygon Dhyana,
As we are working with Hygon Dhyana processor enablement on Fedora 30,

Awk article editing

I am working on the awk article and you could begin the edits if you
like. Most of it is there I am just working through a couple of awk
programs and a shell script to include for the '...or from an awk
program' section.
