There is -- for some reason it wasn't working for me, and then it did. I suspect I failed to reboot. So we'll make sure the article reflects the right process.

Hi William,
Is there a .desktop file in /usr/share/xsession for Openbox? I found instructions for this at https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2920
I just tried it myself and after rebooting the computer an option for Openbox now shows in the GDM Desktop Session list. Hope this helps.

I made the updates to the post, please let me know if you have any aditional comment, even if openbox in not a very active project is one

William, I've seen the updates and we will get to publishing this. The impending release interrupted our plans but I believe we'll end up publishing this around the week after next.
William, I see that instead of adding your updates, you overwrote all my previous editing. This makes it much harder for me to finish and publish the article. Can you revert to my last revision, please, and then just add your new material, instead? Thank you in advance.
I think it is done now, thanks a lot for your time. _______________________________________________ Fedora Magazine mailing list -- magazine@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to magazine-leave@lists.fedoraproject.or g
