Comment on LWN regarding articles license

Hi,

do not know if I should send that to discourse or here, but I stumbled
on this

this comment speak of license of fedora magazine being unclear (due to
ToS), maybe some should be clarified in the template.

Also, this date back to 2013, it still reference the old RH HQ
location, we moved since, so at least, that part should be updated ?
