Upcoming Fedora Test Week Post

Hey All,

We have Kernel 5.8 Test Week and GNOME Test Day the former from
2020-08-17 to 2020-08-24
and later on 2020-08-19. I would club those two announcements in a
single post and draft it by 2020-08-14.It will be great, to have a
slot reserved :)
