I've removed a few people from the list manually.  However, I don't
plan to do this as dozens more requests come in.

IF YOU WANT TO GET OFF THIS LIST:

Send an email to:  [e-mail]
You must send it from the address you want to unsubscribe.

The subject should be only:   unsubscribe

You don't need anything in the body.  Just send it.  You'll receive a
note back with some output that includes a line like:

"John Doe"  left [e-mail]

Easy as that.
