[magazine] pitched the article for F26 supplemental wallpapers

Hi,

I putted today the article for the Supplemental Wallpapers into WP, ts good
to go just 3 small changes to make. But they have to wait until the badge
are pushed.

The submission phase will open on 30th January, so would be cool if this
one could be scheduled for that day.
