[magazine] New author introduction & "What’s new in the Anaconda Installer for Fedora 26" article

Hi!
My name is Martin Kolman and I am part of the team that works on the Anaconda OS installer used by Fedora 
(and RHEL, Centos, etc.).

As there is quite a lot of new stuff in Anaconda for the F26 cycle (such as for example Blivet GUI integration[0])
we have written a "what's new article" that summarizes what has been added, improved and fixed in
the installer for Fedora 26. The article is done and ready for review.

(If I understand the HOWTO[1] correctly I need to wait for one of the editors to grant me access so that I can
 submit the post for review, right ?)
