Draft for a OpenBox post

Hello all

I have been working in a post about the openbox window manager (similar to the i3 one) I think the content is ready for review and proft reading I am working in the primary image of the post now.

William, I've been editing your post but the instructions do not seem
to work for me on Fedora 26. Did you try them on a fresh install to
confirm they work?

The only fix I could figure out was to make a ~/.xinitrc file with
'openbox' in it, and to start openbox from a tty login using 'startx'.
What else is missing from your instructions?
