[Review and Publish] Fedora CoreOS Test Day 2020-06-08

Hey All,

The FCOS team has been working closely with QA folks to carve out a
Test Day. Soon the
very first CoreOS release based on F32 will be out and we want to
reach out to all the folks who will help us test the upcoming changes.
I have drafted an announcement and it will be great if we can publish this.

Made the same minor changes I made to the CommBlog article (including
fixing the day-of-week). It's scheduled to publish at 1600 UTC (in
about 40 minutes)
