Pitch Idea: Using the NetworkManager's DNSMasq plugin

Can't seem to find the way to put this into "pitch" status, per the
instructions, so it's in draft status.  Not sure if it's lack of access
or ignorance on my part :)

"This post describes how to use NetworkManager’s DNS plug in to have
self hosted DNS on your computer. This is especially useful when
wanting to preserve a local DNS when connecting to VPN or public
hotspots.

I’ve written this for my personal blog already and think it would w
ell received in Fedora Magazine:
