Question on Comments approvals, edits

Question, is there a way from the WP dashboard to approve the
Comments... or do I just use the email links?

Is there a way I can delete one of my screwed up double replies?

Lastly, How can I do a minor edit of the published text of the article?

As for the change:
Currently first part of first paragraph under "Hardware token
keys"  reads:
First you need a secure hardware token key. Specifically, this process
requires a Yubikey 4, Yubikey NEO, or a recently released Yubikey 5
series device which also supports FIDO. 
Needs to be:
