[Draft]: Fedora classroom: Fedora Silverblue

Hello,
Continuing with the classroom series, here is a draft for the Fedora Silverblue classroom session that is scheduled for Thursday, February 7th 2019. Could it also be reviewed, improved, and scheduled for publishing 5--6 days before the session( @ around first week of February)?

We will like to keep trying to submit the rest of the classroom announcements in advance as well.
