I was sure I had set up the fedocal app to alternate biweekly early
meetings with late ones, but apparently something has gone wrong.  I
ran a meeting this morning and now it's clear why no one was
there. :-)

I'll fix this now in fedocal (again), but I can't be around for a late
meeting tonight.  I welcome interested folks to meet anyway and to
pick up where the minutes left off this morning, if desired.
