[Draft] Fedora classroom: LaTeX 101 for beginners

Hello!

I've drafted up a post for the LaTeX 101 session that is scheduled to be
held on January 10, 2019. Could it please be reviewed, improved as
needed and scheduled for publishing 5--6 days before the 10th to give us
a few days to spread the word?
