Testing a new meeting time next week!

Next week, we're going to try an experiment with the meeting time.
Ryan and I want to see if there are interested EMEA contributors who
are able to attend at a different time than usual.

Our meeting next week (Wed 2017-Oct-18) will be at 8:00am EDT / 1200
UTC / 22:00 BNE.  The following week (Wed 2017-Oct-25), we'll be back
at the normal time -- 6:00pm EDT, 2200 UTC, 08:00 BNE.

If you're in Europe or Asia and have been unable to attend, we hope
you'll join us.
