To Promo Team,
This is a what-to-do list regarding to the summary of our physical meeting last night.
1. Revision on the current guidebook (Font, Layout Design, Content)
- Change our current font into the respective font used in the logo
- Provide raw documents to all so that we can edit and review it
- Take out unnecessary items like pending schedule, local vendor parts, hospitality, hack suite
- For sponsor, only list our main sponsors, no need to put supporting organisations
- In the Good-Things-To-Know, inform about sponsor's website
- No need to put tentative schedule, just list all events and time
- Resize map, put legend and the map in one page, add more information on nearby places, resize bubbles
- Put Emergency numbers
- Add info about exhibition places, FUDPub?, Blogging and Microblogging: FUDCon KL
- Promotion on Fedora Malaysia (Profile, List of ambassadors, local community, activities, contribution), mailing list and subscription
- Promotion on FAD (Another new page on communication, chat room, explanation, time - every 6 months and regular FAD schedule)
- BarCamp, update some values (Remove paragraph 2 and update)
2. Make another guidebook to help foreigners coming to the conference place
- Route, way to go here, guide by the time they landed, map
- Transportation, where and when the transportation is coming
3. Another guidebook (Simplified version), pocket-sized guide book
4. Banner and bunting
- Design banner that can be used for other events
- Size? ...x.... feet

5. T-Shirt Design
- Font?
6. Invitation Letter (E-mail)
- Formal and Informal Letter
- Promote in the blog, Google+
- Reminder to bring own extension and what kind of plug-in used
7. Create something creative to attract attention like 9gag pictures (Something to spread everywhere)
8. Promotion poster
- QR Code, content, links
9. Flyer
- 3 Folds,
10. Marketing plan on anything to promote FUDCon
11. Line yard, name tag...
12. Invitation Card for Dinner on 19th May.
