please keep in mind that Fedora Malaysia is flat leaderless setup
where there are no such thing as hierarchy of leader nor a core
committee ... I am not Fedora Malaysia boss, even if others might
think I am .. I am mainly the leader of whatever project/initiative i
decide to run under fedora malaysia .. and just so happen I ran the
most project/initiative so far ..

leadership and committees are ad-hoc and is formed around initiating
and driving a particular project/idea .. and whoever initiate an idea
of a project have total control over it, and can do things as they
wish, as long as it does not going against any guidelines set by the
global fedora community... everyone are free to run a their own
initiative under fedora malaysia and take leadership and ownership of
that initiative ... without the need for my approval .. if I dislike
the idea , and the idea does not break any guidelines of the global
community, i simply dont participate .. but let the person do things
and help where possible if the person asked or if its part of my duty
..

You too have to consider my situation, things need to get moving, and
I cant wait for people ..

Having worked with me for a while  I believe you know how I do things
for my initiatives  .. if the person who I assigned some task doesnt
get his task done, i'll do it myself or I'll assign someone else to do
it ..

Will be covering about this in my talk on the meetup. Planning to add
a section to suggest a Fedora Malaysia operation dynamics in my
fedora.next talk ..
