if i were to forward the email to the mailing list it will be empty
minus the attachment, hence the reason why i showed the email header
instead.

i do not appreciate having my email being given to other parties without
my consent.

question still remains, is this standard operating procedure? and
additionally i find it disturbing that someone can freely obtain my
email and forward it to persons in which i have no interest in getting
in touch with. so who is accountable for this unauthorised use of emails?
