anywhere .. main criteria
- easy to reach with public transport ..
- available on weekend

marketing material would be primarily online marketing ..

swags, maybe .. that i will have to plan for our swag usage for this
year and how many to product and file a ticket to request for funding
for our swags for this whole year.

though I prefer to keep swags for large events, not monthly meetups
...  food & drinks would be better for monthly meetups ..
